Sear the steak at 1500°F for only 60 seconds per side to produce a delicious golden brown crust without overcooking or drying out the steak.
Don't waste those flavorful meat juices! The drip tray allows you to collect the juices to enhance the flavor of your steak. Add butter, spices, or oils to the drip pan to enhance the flavor even more.
Lower the grill grate and allow the steak to cook to your desired temperature from rare to well done. Once you reach your desired doneness, allow it to rest for a few minutes while keeping it warm in the bottom drip tray.
