This grill grate is made of durable stainless steel and is food safe. The Schwank Grill logos are positioned in the center of the infrared burners. Center your steak on the bull for the perfect sear. It also includes a small lip at the back allowing the grill grate to lock into position when pulled out so you can flip your food easily.
